Health Opponents  

Why are different things health opponents?  The body needs different things to work, protein, carbs, fats, and  needs vitamins and minerals to carry out its metabolic processes.  

What happens, for instance, if you body needs a certain amount of B vitamins to do work right, but the B vitamins it has available is being used up by any of the below listed items.   The body now has a deficiency of B vitamins and some other organ will suffer.   In the case, the heart and cardiovascular system will suffer, as well nervous system, skin, gums, etc. etc. etc.  They all need B vitamins to function properly
