See Professionals. How much do you take? There is the recommended dosage on the supplement bottle or box. However, the recommended dosage, is a baseline amount. Remember, when you are taking the supplements you need to compensate, the more you ingest, breathe or otherwise put into your body, the more supplements you must take. A good wholefood vitamin taken daily will, however, go a long way.
